Regina’s journey with breathwork began over 30 years ago, when she found profound healing and peace through her early "rebirthing" sessions.

These experiences had a lasting impact on her mental health, helping her release past trauma and gain inner strength.

 

A recent plant medicine retreat reignited her passion for breathwork, inspiring her to guide others toward deep healing and inner calm.

With years of experience as an entrepreneur, Regina understands how crucial inner healing is for thriving in both business and personal life.

Where are you located?

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I run private Conscious Connected Breath (Breakthrough) sessions either at your home or in a private studio space in Hawthorn.  Breath retraining is easily conducted remotely via zoom.  You'll also see me running breathwork session at music festivals around Australia.

How does breathwork connect to subconscious healing?

By consciously "overbreathing" in a safe environment, you are able to access an altered state of consciousness (similar to when taking psychedelic substances or deep meditation) where the chatter from your prefrontal cortex is temporarily slowed or even stopped.  This allows you to access areas of your subconscious which are not usually accessible in your every day life.   

Do you offer group sessions or workshops, and how do they differ from individual sessions?

Yes, I am able to run small private group sessions if you have friends/colleagues who wish to participate.   A small group session is very similar to a private one, however once there are more than 5 participants, there is less individual attention paid.  This does not mean that your experience is in any way lessened.
